We specialize in outpatient counseling services for adults, adolescents, and couples. We provide both in person and telehealth counseling services. We also provide therapy in a group setting.
Our counselors are focused on the mental health well-being of the community of Las Cruces and southern New Mexico. We have a staff of well experienced, expert counselors and have been practicing our new location since 2023. Our counselors very experienced and knowledgeable of the mental health field and in treating clients. We are dedicated to providing, professional, individual and confidential therapy services to our wonderful clients. Our compassionate, caring therapists are Nora Toftely-Loken, LPC (licensed professional counselor), Petrina Nelson, LPC.
Nora Toftely-Loken, LPC, has over 20 years of experience in outpatient counseling and enjoys working with adults and couples. She provides diagnostic assessment and counseling for a wide range of conditions, such as, substance abuse, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, occupational/work issues, women’s issues, and military issues.
Petrina Nelson, LPC, also has over 20 years of experience in the field and enjoys working with adults. She provides diagnostic assessments and counseling for grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, occupational/work issues, change of life issues and military issues.
